By using the website at johnsoncitymasonry.com or by engaging Johnson City Concrete & Masonry for any service, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this website or request services from us. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who contacts us through our website or by phone.
Johnson City Concrete & Masonry provides masonry and concrete contracting services in Johnson City, Tennessee and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, driveway pavers, walkway construction, stone and brick masonry, fireplace installation, and related work.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the conditions outlined in a written estimate or contract provided before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Johnson City Concrete & Masonry are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. An estimate is not a guaranteed fixed price. Actual costs may vary if conditions discovered during the work differ from those observed during the estimate, if the scope of work changes, or if material prices change between the estimate and the start of the project.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work that affect the price will be communicated to the customer in advance and require written or verbal approval before additional work proceeds. We will not perform work beyond the original estimate without notifying you first.
Jobs are scheduled based on availability at the time of booking. Schedule dates are not guaranteed and may be adjusted due to weather, material delays, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible of any changes to your scheduled date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start may result in a rescheduling fee if materials have already been ordered or crew time has been committed.
Johnson City Concrete & Masonry reserves the right to cancel or suspend work if site conditions are unsafe, if access to the work area is not available, or if payment obligations under a prior agreement have not been met.
Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate or contract for each project. For most residential projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules will be outlined in writing before any work starts.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the project unless alternative terms have been agreed to in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate. Invoices that remain unpaid past the due date may be subject to a late fee.
If a customer disputes any portion of an invoice, they must notify us in writing within 5 business days of receiving the invoice. Undisputed portions of the invoice remain due by the original payment date.
Johnson City Concrete & Masonry warrants that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner using materials suitable for the intended purpose. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be stated in the written estimate or contract for each project.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, flooding, ground movement unrelated to our work, acts of third parties, or the failure of adjacent structures or systems we did not work on.
The website and any information provided on it are offered "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
